Återbetalningspolicy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return from the date you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

 


Exceptions/items without return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as fresh goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and self-care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems with a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

 


14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the above, without giving any specific reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will be made automatically to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return so that it appears on your statement.
